Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at info@gillorajewelry.com with your order number.

All returns must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items sent outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom jewelry
  • Earrings and pierced items (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (all sales final)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@gillorajewelry.com with your order number to arrange an exchange.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will ship the replacement item to you at no charge.

Personalized items, earrings, pierced jewelry, and sale items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@gillorajewelry.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item to expedite the process.

Claims made after 24 hours cannot be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@gillorajewelry.com.

Undelivered Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs fees, or refusal of delivery, we will refund the item cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you still want the items, you will need to place a new order.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and paying any applicable customs duties or taxes.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or cancellation, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once the returned package is received.
